- Database Credentials: When you specify database credentials, we do not store the actual data from your database. These credentials are encrypted to ensure their security.
- Google Account Information: If you sign up using a Google account, we will ask permission to access your email address and full name to create an account on our website using your existing Google account.

4. Google Data
When you connect using Google and grant us access to your Google Spreadsheets, we only access the spreadsheets that you specify when you open the data viewer. We do not modify your spreadsheets as we only have read access.
Konbert's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Retention
We retain the data you upload to our servers for as long as you use our service. Any files uploaded to the service will be retained for 30 days, then will be automatically erased. If you decide to stop using Konbert, you can request the deletion of your data, and we will comply promptly.
6. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We do not use your data to develop any AI models.
Your data remains your property and we only use it to provide the services offered by Konbert.
We may share the structure of your data (the column names and types) and some sample rows with third-party API providers (like OpenAI) to provide you with natural language querying capabilities.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to personally identify and authenticate your account. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our services.
We don't use any third-party cookies.
